Complaints and Violations
Help us maintain a safe and fair platform — report violations.
If you discover a platform rule violation, you can report it in several ways:
1. 'Report' button on the listing page:
— Click the flag icon button
— Select the complaint reason from the list
— Add a description of the issue
— Submit the complaint
2. Complaint about an agent or user profile:
— On the profile page, click 'Report'
— Specify the reason and description
3. Feedback:
— Write to us via the form on the 'Contact' page
— Include a link to the problematic listing
We review all complaints within 48 hours.
Signs of a fraudulent listing:
— Price significantly below market value (30-50% or more)
— Seller requests prepayment without a personal viewing
— Contact details are unavailable or frequently change
— Photos look like stock images or don't match the description
— Seller avoids meeting and property viewing
— Payment demanded through unverified payment systems
— Urgency and pressure to make a decision
If you notice a suspicious listing, report it immediately and never transfer money. We'll promptly verify the listing and take action.
If your photos, descriptions, or other materials are used without your permission:
1. Prepare proof of authorship:
— Original photo files with metadata
— Links to original publication
— Any documents confirming authorship
2. Submit a removal request:
— Via the feedback form on the 'Contact' page
— Include a link to the infringing listing
— Attach proof
We'll review the request within 72 hours. Upon confirmed violation, materials will be removed and the violator will receive a warning.
The following content is strictly prohibited on TouchEstate:
— Racist, nationalist, or discriminatory materials
— Threats and intimidation
— Profanity in listings and reviews
— Hate-promoting content
— Materials violating the law
Actions upon discovery:
— Content is removed immediately after moderator confirmation
— The author receives a warning
— Repeat violations result in account suspension
Use the 'Report' button or write to us directly. We respond to such complaints with priority.
