Communication
How to safely contact sellers, agents, and other platform users.
On the listing page, click the 'Request Viewing' or 'Contact' button. Fill out a brief form — specify a convenient time and add a comment if needed.
The seller or agent will receive your request and contact you. You can track request status in the 'My Inquiries' section of your account.
Request statuses:
— Sent — awaiting response
— Responded — seller has replied
— Closed — request has been processed
TouchEstate provides a built-in messaging system for secure communication between users.
All messages are stored in the 'Messages' section of your account. You'll receive email notifications about new messages (if enabled in settings).
We recommend keeping all correspondence within the platform — this ensures:
— Conversation history preservation
— Ability to contact support in case of a dispute
— Protection from scammers
On an agent's profile page you'll find:
— Rating and reviews from other users
— Contact details (phone, email)
— List of active listings
— 'Contact' button to send a message
When contacting an agent, specify:
— Which property interests you
— Your budget and preferences
— Convenient time for contact
Agents working through TouchEstate have been verified and confirmed their licenses.
For your safety when communicating on the platform:
— Use TouchEstate's built-in messaging system
— Never share passwords, bank card details, or SMS codes
— Don't transfer money before a personal property viewing
— Be cautious of offers that seem too good to be true
— TouchEstate never asks for passwords or payment details via messages
If a contact asks to move communication to a messenger or demands prepayment — this could be a sign of fraud. Report it using the 'Report' button.
