Posting Listings
Step-by-step guide to creating and managing your property listings.
To post a listing, sign in to your account and click 'Add Property'.
The creation process includes several steps:
1. Select transaction type (sale, rent, daily rent)
2. Specify property type (apartment, house, office, etc.)
3. Enter the address and mark the location on the map
4. Enter specifications: area, rooms, floor, year built
5. Describe the property in detail — condition, features, advantages
6. Set the price
7. Upload photos (minimum 5)
8. Select amenities and additional parameters
All fields marked with an asterisk are required.
Quality photos are key to a successful listing. Recommendations:
— Upload at least 5 photos, ideally 10-15
— Supported formats: JPG, PNG, WEBP
— Maximum file size: 10 MB
— The first photo becomes the listing cover — choose the most attractive angle
— Photograph in good lighting, preferably during the day
— Include photos of all rooms, kitchen, bathroom, window view
— For houses and villas, add photos of the yard and facade
You can crop and rotate photos directly in the upload interface. Photo order can be changed by drag and drop.
A detailed and honest description attracts more interested buyers and renters.
Required specifications:
— Total area (m²) and living area
— Number of rooms and bedrooms
— Floor and total building floors
— Renovation type and furniture status
In the text description, mention:
— Layout and unique features
— Condition of renovation and utilities
— Location advantages (proximity to metro, parks, schools)
— Transaction conditions (negotiable, urgent sale, etc.)
Avoid using ALL CAPS, excessive exclamation marks, and contact details in the description — there's a dedicated contact button.
Every new listing goes through moderation before publication. Moderation takes up to 24 hours.
Moderators check:
— Photo-description consistency
— Price relevance (shouldn't be suspiciously low or high)
— Absence of duplicates
— Correct category and property type
— Compliance with platform rules
If a listing is rejected, you'll receive a notification with the reason. Fix the issues and resubmit for moderation.
Edited listings also go through re-moderation.
In the 'My Listings' section of your account, you can manage all your listings.
Available actions:
— View statistics: views, inquiries count
— Edit: change price, description, photos
— Deactivate: temporarily hide from search
— Republish: bring a hidden listing back to search
— Delete: permanently remove the listing
Listing statuses:
— Active — visible in search
— Under moderation — awaiting review
— Draft — saved but not submitted for moderation
— Archived — unpublished
