Everything you need to know about using TouchEstate
Account Management
Profile settings, security, access recovery, and account data management.
In the 'Profile' section of your account, you can update:
— First and last name
— Profile photo (avatar)
— Phone number
— Brief information about yourself
— Preferred language (English, Russian, Armenian)
— Time zone
Notification settings:
— Email notifications for new messages
— Listing status notifications
— Newsletter subscription
Changes are saved automatically after clicking 'Save'.
To change your password, go to 'Account Settings' → 'Security'.
1. Enter your current password
2. Enter a new password (minimum 8 characters)
3. Confirm the new password
4. Click 'Save'
Password security recommendations:
— Use a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters
— Don't reuse passwords across services
— Change your password every 3-6 months
— Never share your password with others
If you forgot your password:
1. On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot Password?'
2. Enter the email used during registration
3. Check your email — we'll send a password reset link
4. Follow the link and create a new password
The link is valid for 24 hours. After expiration, request a new link.
If the email doesn't arrive:
— Check your Spam folder
— Make sure you entered the correct email
— Try requesting the link again after 5 minutes
— If the problem persists, contact support
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of protection to your account.
How to enable 2FA:
1. Go to 'Account Settings' → 'Security'
2. Click 'Enable Two-Factor Authentication'
3. Confirm with your password
Once enabled, you'll receive a one-time code via email each time you sign in. Enter the code to complete sign-in.
2FA is especially recommended for:
— Accounts with active listings
— Agent accounts
— Accounts with many contacts
Changing email:
1. Go to 'Profile Settings'
2. Enter a new email address
3. A confirmation link will be sent to the new email
4. Follow the link — email will be updated
Your old email remains active until the new one is confirmed.
Changing phone number:
1. Go to 'Profile Settings'
2. Enter a new phone number
3. Enter the SMS verification code
4. Number will be updated
Note: if your account is linked to Google sign-in, the email associated with Google cannot be changed.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account:
1. Change your password immediately
2. Enable two-factor authentication
3. Check your listings for unauthorized changes
4. Contact support
Account deletion:
— Go to 'Account Settings' → 'Delete Account'
— Confirm with your password
— All your data, listings, and history will be permanently deleted
— Deletion cannot be undone
Instead of deletion, you can deactivate your account — your data will be preserved, but your profile and listings will become invisible.
