Everything you need to know about using TouchEstate
Platform Policy
Rules for using the TouchEstate platform, mandatory for all users.
TouchEstate users agree to:
— Provide accurate information about properties
— Use current photos reflecting the actual condition
— Set a real price consistent with market value
— Not post duplicates of the same listing
— Not post false or misleading listings
— Not use the platform for spam or third-party advertising
Violations may result in:
— Warning and requirement to fix the violation
— Listing removal from publication
— Temporary account suspension
— Permanent ban for systematic violations
Listing requirements:
— Every listing goes through moderation within 24 hours
— Minimum 5 photos required
— Photos must be real and match the property
— Using others' photos without permission is prohibited
— Price must be stated in the primary currency (AMD, USD, or EUR)
— Description must be in one of the supported languages
— Contact details in the description text are prohibited
— Listing must contain the full property address
Listings that don't meet requirements will be rejected or removed.
Real estate agencies and individual agents must:
— Confirm their real estate license
— Provide real contact details
— Respond to user inquiries within a reasonable time
— Provide complete property information
— Not charge hidden commissions from buyers through the platform
— Ensure transparency of all transactions
— Not mislead clients about property characteristics
Agents violating rules may lose verification and be blocked. Clients can report agents through the review system or complaint form.
Platform liability:
— TouchEstate is an intermediary platform providing tools for property search and listing
— We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers
— We are not responsible for transactions conducted outside the platform
— We make reasonable efforts to moderate content but do not guarantee absolute accuracy of all listings
User liability:
— Users are personally responsible for the accuracy of posted information
— Buyers and renters should independently verify property documents
— All financial transactions are at the discretion and responsibility of the transaction parties
We recommend always conducting legal verification before closing a deal.
