On a property card in search results or on a listing page, click the comparison icon (scales). The property will be added to the comparison list. You can add multiple properties to compare at once. Selected properties are saved even if you close the tab or continue searching — the list is stored in your browser.

Open the 'Comparison' page to see all selected properties side by side: — On desktop, properties are shown as a table with horizontal scrolling — On mobile, as a carousel with one property at a time — You can enable 'Differences Only' mode to hide matching characteristics and immediately see the difference in price, area, floor, renovation, and other parameters This helps you make a decision without switching between tabs.

You can remove a single property from the comparison directly in the table or clear the entire list. If a listing is removed from publication, it will automatically disappear from your comparison. The comparison list doesn't require account sign-in — it's linked to your browser.
