Everything you need to know about using TouchEstate
Getting Started
Your first steps on the TouchEstate platform — from registration to setting up your profile.
To register on TouchEstate, go to the 'Sign Up' page and fill in the form: enter your first name, last name, email, and create a strong password (minimum 8 characters, including letters and numbers).
After submitting the form, you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link in the email to activate your account. If you don't receive the email within 5 minutes, check your Spam folder.
You can also register via Google — in this case, your account will be activated automatically.
Sign in with your email and password or use quick sign-in via Google. If you registered via Google, use the same Google account to sign in.
If you don't remember which method you used to register, try both options with the same email address. The system will let you know if no account with that email is found.
After successful sign-in, you'll be redirected to the homepage or to the page from which you initiated the sign-in.
TouchEstate supports quick sign-in via Google (OAuth). Click the 'Sign in with Google' button on the login page — you'll be redirected to the Google authorization page.
Select the desired Google account and confirm access. The platform will only receive your name and email — we don't request access to your contacts, files, or other data.
If this is your first time signing in with Google, a TouchEstate account will be created automatically. You can complete your profile later.
After registration, we recommend completing your profile — this increases trust from other users and agents.
In the 'Profile' section, you can add:
— Profile photo (avatar)
— Phone number for contact
— Brief information about yourself (for agents)
— Preferred interface language (English, Russian, Armenian)
— Time zone
A complete profile helps sellers and agents respond to your inquiries faster.
Email verification is required for full platform access. Without verification, you won't be able to post listings or send inquiries.
If you haven't received the verification email:
— Check your Spam or Junk folder
— Make sure the email is correct in your profile settings
— Request a new verification email from your account settings page
The verification link is valid for 24 hours. After expiration, request a new link.
