After 30 days your data is irreversibly deleted from our active systems; backups containing your data are rotated out within 90 days. You can permanently delete your account directly in the app at any time. To do so, navigate to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Once you confirm deletion, your account will be scheduled for removal. See the Data Retention section above for details on how long your data is kept after deletion before permanent removal. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] from the address associated with your account.
